Reorder fast busy tone on IP Communicator softphone.

Hello, I have a user who cannot receive or place calls using their IP phone. When their phone is dialed, you just get a Reorder message and a fast busy tone. However, we have set up another softphone on a separate computer with the same configuration and this phone is able to receive calls. The reorder message only appears when they are called on their primary computer. The secondary computer doesn't have this issue. Any ideas? This sounds like some setting on the computer that may need to be messed with.

What is the state of the

What is the state of the Softphone? Is it showing register currently?  what is the type of softphone you are using CIPC??

Can you try one thing

Close the softphone application completely

From Windows Machine goto Start>Run >regedit

Delete the Softphone folder under HKEY_CURRENT_USER> Software> "Softphone"

Then run the softphone as administrator again and see if you are getting the same error
