Can anyone tell me why we have a 5 digit number in the DN field of the IVR Detailed Call by Call report? What does this number represent?

Hi Staci

You can punch the number into the 'Route Plan Report' in CallManager administration; this will tell you what the device with the 5-digit DN is.

I expect it would be a CTI Route Point or CTI Port that the call was routed to; often these use longer digit lengths than your extensions, as they are not normally dialled directly and using a longer digit length conserves numbers.
