You can punch the number into the 'Route Plan Report' in CallManager administration; this will tell you what the device with the 5-digit DN is.
I expect it would be a CTI Route Point or CTI Port that the call was routed to; often these use longer digit lengths than your extensions, as they are not normally dialled directly and using a longer digit length conserves numbers.
