How to get missed called,ISDN status alerts in CUCM 10.5 through GUI, apart from that what are the reporting features i can generate.

Hi Siva,

Only way to get missed calls info is through CDR Report (enable  Service Parameter "Logging Calls With Zero Duration"). Refer below link for more details on CDR.
