I've run a report called Hunt Pilot Detail but for some reason calls being picked up by our main number isn't being registered in that report. The main line number is part of the hunt group
For example, we did some testing and found that when a caller calls in to our main number, then press 0 to be transfered to the main reception line which is part of the Hunt Group this call is not shown on the Hunt Pilot Detail.
Is there any way to show those calls in the report or is there another report that I can run to show calls coming in to that line?
