we have call manager 11.5 (SU7) version and we need your support here to automate PIN reset process.
Presently we do reset a PIN via the Ansible (Automation tool) but for which required manual intervention.
Now want all needs to be done by automation tool, the automation tool will send a request to CUCM and validate the user if it has enabled EM service and will proceed for the PIN reset, in order to complete this process we need API ID for user validation.
