There isint any document that gives us the time of Reset. Also different Resets take different time.
Also if i can ask what is the requirement to know the reset time,perhaps i can check if we can document this.

Hi,
It depends about your hardware, network traffic and so on...Remember when you apply a factory reset the phone will be looking at the tftp for some files, that's why depends the amount of files the new firmware require and the speed it can be download it by the phone.
Generally it will take between 10-15 min

i have reset the Cisco 7961 ip Telephone , with tge secuence "123456789*0#", now the telephone can not starten, he is allways looking for a upgrade, i have search in more forums and i know the telephon is looking for a files via TFTP, but how and where can i configure that?
