Hello everyone!
I am running CUCM 10.5 and it has the coresident PLM server.
I took this over for someone else who is no longer here. I changed the CUCM admin and OS password but PLM is still not letting me log in. Any idea how to reset that?
Thanks.

Hi,
I suppose u have changed the Application Password and not the OS password since u are not able to login into PLM through GUI.
OS credentials are used when u create a product instance and then, u can synchronise.

Co-Resident PLM with 10.5.2.
1) The command mentioned : license management reset user password
does this reset the Master Account created during PLM installation ?
(For us this Master Account user name is not the same as the CUCM OS Administrator user name created at installation (level 4 privileges))
2) In CUCM is the Master Account user name created at install listed in CUCM as an Application user? or listed anywhere in CUCM as a user for PLM ?
installation was performed by a 3rd party vendor a long time ago, and I need to reset that Master Account user's password.
