Reset password on cp-7841, cannot access web interface

I cannot provision cisco ip phone because of user id and password on cisco cp-7841. How do I reset password / phone to factory default.

Hi,

You need to have tftp IP handed over using DHCP to avoid going in service
mode and register the phone with CUCM instead of MRA. Once its ready with
tftp IP in dhcp perform the following on the phone.

Settings > Admins Settings *(5)* > Reset Settings *(4)* > Service Mode *(3)* >
Reset.
