Hi i have a problem reseting my cisco 7970 IP phone, after i reset my IP phone i do not get a Indication of loading. When i connect the PSU to the Cisco IP phone 7970 i get the speaker light showing, can i please get a suggestion for the solutoin to this problem.
The steps i took for the reseting of my IP phone are
