Restricted vs unrestricted

How to find out migrated/upgrade CUCM 8.6 version is restricted or unrestricted? Is there any command on OS admin I can verify this ?

Just log into CCMAdmin and if it shows unrestricted in the version you're running that flavor, if it doesn't show anything else, it's restricted
