Ring Back is not getting on analog line with specific numbers

Hi Friends,

 

We have issue with Ring Back on specific numbers.

 

IP Phone(7841)>>CUCM>>VG(MGCP)>>4 FXO line>>ITSP

 

When user dial to external number(Specific number ) and not getting the ring back. Some particular numbers only. All other number are working fine with same analog line.

please find the attached show run and debug.

 

Please help me about this.

Please always collect all the logs at the same time and not separately. I don't see a alerting but I do see a PI=8 post which there is a MDCX.
Take another set with the following enabled -

debug voip vtsp all
debug vpm signal
debug voice ccapi inout
debug mgcp packets

If this is happening for some calls only, I would still talk to the Telco. But, send me the above logs for a working and non-working call so that you can show the differences to your Telco.

I glanced through the logs quickly and don't see a difference b/w the working and non-working call.
Apart from the numbers, is there also a difference in which port is utilizing for sending the call.
Working utilized 0/1/0 while non-working utilized 0/1/1 port.

Do this, force your working calls through port 0/1/1 and see if the issue occurs or not. Also, force non-working calls through 0/1/0 only. If the issue occurs, it is either a cable/port issue or telco issue.

If the above test does not work, enable the following to take another set of logs -

debug voip vtsp all
debug vpm signal
debug voice ccapi inout
debug voip application media
debug voip hpi all
debug voip dspapi all
