Ring external number simultaneously

Running CUCM 6.1.4

Hopefully simple question. We have a customer who wants a DN to ring to an external number simultaneously when dialed. Any suggestions on how this can be accomplished?

You can try with Remote Destinatom Profiles:

This is the link for CUCM 8.5, we have to confirm if it's the same procedure for 6.x ...

For CUCM 6, seems that you can use Mobile Connect:

If Mobile Connect is the answer, anybody know the operational impact of enabling? Any (real) resource impact?
