Hello.
I'm using CUCM version 11.5 and Cisco 7811 phone.
One day, the ringtones inside the Cisco phone suddenly gone, leaving with only 2 ringtones, chirp1 and chirp2. I did not make any changes from the CUCM, however I did restart the CUCM before, but I had them clustered so they automatically failover.
Does this restart have anything to do with the loss ringtones? I've tried tftp-ing to the CUCM, checked the ringlist.xml, re-upload the xml again, and it still leaves with only 2 ringtones.
Thank you.
Regards,
Ivan

Hi Ivan,
Were the custom ringtones uploaded on all servers followed by a restart of TFTP service and reset of the phones?
If the issue persists then you should capture TFTP traces after restarting TFTP service , resetting the phone and then trying to check the ringtones available.

Hello Manish.
Actually I did not modify anything from the ringlist, I just download and reupload it again.
I've restarted the tftp service from both CUCMs, resetting the phone, and the problem still persists. Maybe I'll try to capture the TFTP traces.
Thank you.

Hi Ivan,
Possible below BUG

It applies to 78XX phones also.
