HI, would like to ask why the RIS Data Collector becomes unresponsive at some point in time? How am i going to collect logs of this?

What is the cucm version? What is the platform on which it is installed? What exactly do you mean by 'unresponsive', does it get stopped or do you face any issues with status of endpoints on cucm? What do you do to fix it? Does the issue return after a restart of the service?

Hi,
CUCM version is 10.5.1
i have phones that has a registered status previously then i made some changes on the phone configurations after that the phones become unregistered. i tried to delete the phones config and registering it again to the cucm and performed factory reset but still the status on the phones are not registered also in cucm the status were still unregistered. Only after i restarted the RIS Data Collector and performing factory reset on the phones the issue has been resolved.
