Room Kit Plus and codec Pro are not detecting P60 and quad cameras

Hello,

 

It seems that I hit a bug.

The codecs run (got them like that) CE 9 14 3 and the quad camera CE 9 9 0 and due to this the codec is not detecting the camera.

Above they suggest to downgrade the codec to CE 9 9 0 in order to make it work and then upgrade it back.

I tried to download the subject firmware from Cisco software download, but no chance as seems to be a deferred release:

I am stuck… do you have anything on mind?

For the record, I have already provisioned another Room Kit Plus with a quad camera, which was running CE 9 6 (if I recall well) and did not have issues at all.

 

Provisioning: CUCM 11.5 SU5

For the record, I didn't open a TAC. Upgrading to a newer CE version did the job.

To be more specific, it was running CE 9 14 3 and upgraded to CE 9 14 5.

Contact TAC and they will  help you with  the deferred version.

I would suggest to open a Case, so that TAC team will provide to you the necessary software and identify the issue.
