Route group

Hi,

Sip Trunk cannot be seen in available devices  to add in route group 

Please help

1) If SIP Trunk is not available in Route group, You must have Configured Route Pattern with the SIP Trunk Directly.
If Route Pattern is Pointed to SIP Trunk Directly you will face such issue. Please delete the Route Pattern or Temporarily Point it to some other dummy RouteList then you will be able to add SIP trunk in route group.
