Hello All,
Let me start by saying I am not a VoIP technician, merely attempting to help a client solve an issue. The client is requesting that all incoming calls bypass the auto attendant and route directly to extension 103. I have not been able to achieve this goal... I have attempted to read through several posts and documentation, but I've not been able to find anything that achieves the goal. I apologize in advance for my limited knowledge. Please find attached to this post the current configuration.

!
voice translation-rule 7
rule 1 /^775-532-8524/ /xxx/ ! note that xxx is the ext number you want the calls to go to
rule 1 /^775-532-8522/ /xxx/
rule 1 /^775-532-8300/ /xxx/
rule 1 /^775-532-8527/ /xxx/
!
!
voice translation-profile trans_Inbound
translate called 7
!
dial-peer voice 10 pots
translation-profile incoming trans_Inbound

Hi,
Could you please upload the running-config of the device here. Do " sh run ". copy and paste the result.

Since you are using FXO lines, you may just change the command "connection plar opx" under FXO ports to be 103 instead of 701.
For example for line
775-532-8524 located at port 0/1/0
Change the plar destination to 103 instead of 701 which is the extension of your AA as I see in your config.
voice-port 0/1/0
connection plar opx 701 103
