route pattern question ?

I have 2 sites, each site has one CUCM, CUCM has inter cluster trunk, the number section of the site1 is the 11XX ,site 2 number section is 22xx, configured with the correct route pattern, the communication is well.

If this site1 CUCM add number segment 10XX, if the site 2 is not configured route Pattern to 10xx,

Is 10xx can dial 22xx? 22xx can not dial 10xx? Or 10xx and 22xx can not dial?

Hi Nian,

Phone 10XX will be able to  dial 22XX.

Phone 22XX will not able to dial to 10XX because as you said there's not a route pattern (22XX) point to this site.

I recommend you two create these two pattern:

Site 1: 22XX--> Pointing to to Site 2

Site 2: 1[10]XX --> Pointing to to Site 1
