route pattern

Hi,

can we create multiple route pattern for the same function?

Scenario,

and route pattern which has a transformation mask (the purpose is to mask caller id , for example if the DN 6700 dial 9.00! the called party should see 00+countrycode+ 23456700number, so the mask is 00+countrycode+2345XXXX)

 Two phones 6701 and 6702 has external phone number mask 23456788.

Now the problem is if I assign the css which has the route pattern 9.00! to these phones

if 6701 dials the pattern 9.00!  00+countrycode +23456701

if 6702 dials the pattern 9.00!  00+countrycode +23456702

But what actually I need  if both phone dial 9.00! i need to show  00+countrycode+ 23456788.

and rest of the phone should show as  00+countrycode+ 2345XXXX.

What is the solution ?

as stated in my previous post, set the external phone number mask to be full e164

Hi,
If I set the external phone number mask to be full e164 , I think it will show full e164 cid regardless of international, national and long distance. My requirement is if the DN dials the pattern 9.00! , then only i need e164 cid.
otherwise it should be "23456788"

In that case you need to put the granularity on the 9. Route patternby addi g the calling partu transformation only to that route pattern and leave all other rp s untouched.
