Can anyone tell me that what does router pattern does starting from \+. I am using Cisco CallManager 7.1.5 but inever use this patterns having \+. Thanks

Hi
The plus sign wildcard matches one or more occurrences of the preceding digit or wildcard value. And \+ indicated dialed number starting with + for example +9120 etc.
It is used for + dialing feature in new CUCMs.

\ is basically used to escape the +, and specficy to CUCM we are looking explictly for the \+, not the wildcard.
This is the basis for E164 dialing configuration.
