I am trying to get a hunt group to send calls to a specific unity connection cluster. I have 3 unity connection clusters (Dallas, Kansas City, Grand Rapids) connected to 1 CUCM cluster (subs in all 3 locations). We have a receptionist in Kansas city that transfers calls to hunt groups in KC. When the call finishes going through the hunt group if no one answers the call goes to a second line on the receptionist's phone. If the receptionist doesn't answer the call should go to the Unity connection cluster in KC, but it is going to the cluster in Dallas. The receptionist phone and all of numbers in the hunt groups if you dial them directly they go to the Unity connection server in KC. Originally the Dallas cluster was the default for voicemail, but we have change it to have the KC cluster as the default.
