RTMT Alerts not working on CUCM 7.1.5.35901-1

Hi,

I've installed the latest SU on CUCM and since then the alerts in RTMT are not working.

I can see them enabled but if i test one like "AuthenticationFailed" by entering the wrong password while login on the web interface it does flag the alert.

I've restarted the service "Cisco RIS Data Collector" on each server but still no luck

Any idea?

eeerrrrmmmm

the alerts were suspended on the cluster ... resuming them "fixed" the issue....
