I keep getting the following alert e-mail from one of our clusters and am wondering exactly what is means, is it a real concern, what is the cause and what is the fix for this? Thanks to anyone who can provide an answer in layman's terms.

Here's the alert I get...

Number of RouteListExhausted events exceeds configured threshold during configured interval 0 within 60 minutes  on cluster BrownCluster.
There are 1 RouteListExhausted events (up to 30) received during the monitoring interval From Mon Jul 17 16:29:12 EDT 2017 to Mon Jul 17 17:29:12 EDT 2017:

This basically means someone has called a number and got a fast busy, because the gateways in the RG's that make up the route list, were unavailable. in your case. possibluy because the gateways became unregistered (if you used sip or mgcp)
