Bros,
I have this issue wherein our RTMT tool is unable to populate the data. Attached image is the error.
Its just that the RTMT is not working on our UCCX Pub only. This works on the CUCM which is on the same subnet/network as well as with its UCCX Sub.
Any forms of ideas and instructions is very much appreciated.
Actions performed:
Rebooted Server
Re-install RTMT of machine and tested on different machine
Restarted AMC service

In case anyone encounters this - the resolution is to restart the following services on both nodes(do note that a reboot has been performed and did not fixed the issue - Cisco says there are instances that reboot doesn't work and an individual restart of services is necessary).
