I am not sure if any of you ever experienced this issue:
RTMT is setup to send email alerts using exchange 2013. It sends alerts to internal email addresses but does not send to an external address
I know that exchange does not allow automatic forwarding and you have to work around this by creating a contact (firstname.lastname@example.org) and set the RTMT account mail flow to forward it to the external contact. But that did not work
I have been asked to verify that it is a problem on the exchange side and not on the RTMT. How can i prove this ?
