Hello,

We are facing some issues while collecting logs from RTMT.

Here is the error I am getting while trying real time logs (Attached is the screen shot)

“ Trace not found for service name " Cisco callmanager " and trace typr "sdi". Please check if this service is running and try again”

Also  tried collecting few logs however its downloading only SDL logs.

Configuration everything looks fine.

Any help highly appreciated

Restarted CM,RTMT, trace  services but no luck .

In remote browse I could see only SDL trace (Attached is the screenshot)

Any help highly appreciated.

Regards,

Shaijal

This was due to Bug    CSCsr64204

here is the details of the same

Symptom:

CCM SDI traces are not written even when traces are enabled

Conditions:

Issue may occur if non-default traces are enabled during upgrade.

Workaround:

None

Further Problem Description:

For confirmation, need the trace configuration settings from the database. Capture the output of following CLI:

run sql select tkservice, filetraceflag from processnodeservice

and send output to IPCBU.

For the record, SDI and SDL traces have been combined from CUCM 9.0 onwards. Trying to capture SDI traces will result in the same error.
