RTMT: Send email when phone is unregistred.

Hello Guys,

i guess this will not work but maybe you can help me with that.

My customer want to be informed via Email, when a specific device is unregistered. Is this possible with the RTMT?

I doubt it but you can achive this using Cisco Operation Manager, it's like a Solar Winds for Cisco device.

This isn't possible via RTMT.

You'd have to write your own app to poll CUCM every X minutes and e-mail you when the device becomes unregistered.

Polling is not required for this solution.

It can be done via an application by monitoring a few phone events.
