RTMT to track when phones are rebooting?

Hello all,

 

We are getting complaints from one of our offices that the IP phones are rebooting randomly and sometimes during active calls.  Is there anyway for me to get actual data (dates, times) about when these phones are bouncing and what possible error messages may be happening in the back ground from call manager using RTMT?  We are running call manager 8.5.1.  IP phone model is 7965.

Any feedback if you have also had this issue would be great.

If it happens physically (end user see that phone reload, not just call disconnect) it is looks like power problem

Can U check switch or power adapter?

What options do you have for alerting and alarming? 

RTMT, Prime Collab AA-A? 

Give the subject of your post it would appear RTMT. 

Have you looked in the Syslog viewer section of RTMT for the SBU in question to see if their is any info?
