Hi,
The client has voice recording system that using CTI services, and they used RTMT to monitor the Line Status.
From the RTMT --> CTI --> CTI Search --> CTI Lines
The screeen shot showing that the extensions are duplicated, for e.g.: 3 appearance of ext:013398, at different timestamp.
Is there a way to tweak the RTMT CTI monitoring so that to avoid the duplicate of extension.

Hi
When you do the search, is only one of the lines listed as 'Open'? Often with CTI closed sessions linger in RTMT as a result of the CTI app restart/reregistering or failing over to different CMs... If that's what you see I think you can specify 'Open' as the state in the search.

Hi Aaron,
Yes, we let it to be "Any Status"while doing a search, hence the result included opened and close.
But if we selected the line status to be "Opened", it will still showing duplicated extension for a single number.
How do we get rid of the duplicate extension that showing?
