We are using CUCM 7.0 , no log servers are configured yet since it is a new implementation. I would like to learn about RTMT tool and installed the same in windows 7 OS. Request somebody else to clarify my following doubts.
•1) I have not configured any traces or alarms in CUCM, so if I integrate RTMT to CUCM without configuring taraces and alarms will it affect badly CUCM server CPU & memory processes?
•2) Now I am integrating it just for test purposes so kindly let me know whether will i need any extra license for this tool to run?
