I am trying to get my IP phone to work well. The system works fine but when I call someone the don't hear me sometimes and mostly if I speak quickly. I am now using G729 which helped a good bit but not completely.
I had my SIP provider do a WireShark packet capture when I was using G711u and they said my outbound rtp packets were getting stacked up real bad. My inbound rtp packets are jsut fine. I attached the capture below.
Can someone help me figure out where and why my outbound rtp packets are being stacked up please?
I have a copy of WireShark but would need a little help in how to set it up to capture the packets on the Internet side of my 2851 router. Or, is there some debug commands that I could run to help locate the problem. The one place I cannot run wireshark from is the office side (see below). But I can run any debug commands on the office routers.

home IP Phone ---> 3550 Switch_1 ----> 3550 Switch_2 ------> 2851 router ----> VPN Tunnel over the Internet -----> 2801 edge router -----> 3524 switch ------> 2851 CME router.
My office CME router has a SIP connection to Broadvox.
Calls made to the phone on the 192.168.2.0 network work GREAT! Just calls made to the SIP provider have a problem.
