Same change to multiple lines

Hello everyone,

I am looking for a efficient way to apply same change to multiple lines.

Two commands of configuration must be altered on multiple lines in CME.

call-forward busy *4444

call-forward noan *4444 timeout 15

Please let me know if you are aware of any way for speeding up the process rather than applying changes manually one by one on each line.

Put config into Notepad++ or something else, make your changes and paste back in.
