Hi,

I have a CUCM  BE 7.1.5.  I need the board number of the DID to be used for AA in Unity Connection.At Same time this number will be used as the extension number  for the operator. ie same number will be used for different end points considering the source of the call like internally when this number is called it should go to operator , from the pstn it should go to AA in Unity connection.

Try using different partitions, for example create PT-External and put that on incoming CSS on your PSTN gateway, and create PT -Internal and put that in your phone CSS and also your unity connection port CSS
