Save configuration in VG248

Hi Anyone can tell command which can save configuration at VG248 in case something happen? Thank you

Hi you can backup and restore the configuration though.

The link document says connecting PC to VG248. Do you think it is through rj45 cable or console cable?

It looks like it needs RJ45 cable instead of console. The console cannot work. when i use console to connect PC with VG248 and then using command "dir", i got response "not connected" I wish i could use console since the interface of VG248 is down
