Scheduled CDR/CAR Exports

We'd like to setup daily call reports on our Call Manager 7.1 server to record the following for each of our hunt groups:


· Average wait time

· Average talk time

· Number of abandoned calls

· Percentage of calls answered within x seconds (x being 20/30/40/50/over50 seconds)

Ideally we don't want to pay for a third party reporting tool. Now I can see that the built in reporting tools can generate CSV or PDF files but not in this format.

Therefore we'd like to export all the data possible in some format (CSV file will do) to another server via some method (e.g. FTP/SFTP) and automate this to run every night. Then we can work directly with the CSV file to generate the reports in the format we want.

Is this possible at all, and if so will it include all the data we're after?

Can you point me in the right direction to set this up - I've looked myself but have only seen manual export options and sneding CSVs via email which are no good.

You may take a look at http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucm/service/7_1_2/admin/sacdrm.html.

By default, CUCM export CDR files every minutes.  You may tune this in System > Service Parameters.
