Scheduled forwarding for system call handler

Hi,

so we have a switchboard in production and the DN is getting forwarded to CUCA call handler. There is a scheduled forwarding working at the moment i.e transfer the calls to 1234 at 6.30pm etc. 

I am unable to figure out how this is set up. I am unable to find out these settings in CUCA. any help would be highly appreciated.

Are you sure that the schedule is in CUC? It could be using time of day routing in CM to control this. If so check the forward settings for the number and the partitions available in the CSS for this. Time of day routing is defined on the partition, meaning that it controls the visibility of the partition in the CSS.

Thanks for replying.

The partition is the generic one we use. and the current forwarding is just a one off thing and even right now the DN is forwaded to DN.

From the KB i found this snipt when this was done previously,, the syntex may help someone identify where it is configured.
