i had collected SDL traces and when am analysing the same via translatrx am getting message "no known message found in the file." i had unzip the files too and in format txt.gz as all sdl files. i have attached the snip image of message.
please help me with some solution.
this is regarding a call drop issue on softphone installed.am getting 41 temp failure in RTMT.also when i down loaded the traces i found that the logs contain only calls hit on primary sub.but in rtmt i can see that the bye message is getting from sub 2.as per my understanding there is no hit on sub 2.what might be the issue . can anyone help.
