Is there any scan program for searching all the ip phones and reporting MAC, IPs from Cisco?

CUCM will display this information if you do a search under the particular device; however Cisco Operations Manager will also do this for you and gives you built in reporting tools as well.

You can get this information in the following ways:
1. Search for devices in CCMAdmin. You can increase the number of items listed. This is rudimentary but depending on your needs, it may be quite functional. The output in CUCM 6x/7x whilst viewed in Firefox can actually be pasted to Excel quite easily.
2.You can use RTMT to perform Device searches. The problem is getting the data out of RTMT and into something you can work with.
3. If you are running a pre-5x release of CUCM, then you should search the forum for the term "devicelistx.asp". This is an application page on all CM releases 3.3 - 4.x and it will list most of what you are looking for. It is actually quite easy to adjust the .asp if needed.
4. If you are running 5x and later, you can use the RISPort API to pull this information. Though, this gets into programming/scripting. You may or may not find this route helpful. A quick overview:
Basically, all roads lead to the RIS service. The IP information in CCMAdmin, the RTMT information, devicelistx output, and RISPort API are all getting data from the same source. So, there are various apps that can get to the data such as Unified Ops. Manager (CUOM, as noted by another poster) or some homegrown app or RTMT (free app included with CUCM).
HTH.

Bill
