Hi,
I have a requirement for two people to be listening to a call for QA purposes. I know you can do this with a headset and a handset on the 7900 series phones. Has anyone successfully done this with two handsets?
Obviously, I've tried but it doesn't work. However I'm not sure if this is because the headset port doesn't have enough current to drive a handset or whether the cable pinouts are different. Can anyone advise?
Thanks,
Stuart

Hi Stuart,
You would need to use a "splitter" cord like the one shown below (there are many available);

Hi Jitender,
I don't think barge would be the best solution for our circumstances, but thanks for the suggestion.

Stuart
