hi all
I have a customer that to dial a number out to the PSTN, he dials 9. xxxx but know they want to change it to 8.xxxx, My question is that changing the route patterns will be enough? Or I have to make some other changes?
Thanks.

Assuming there's nothing that could overlap with 8, yes, that would be it.

That's also assuming they're currently stripping pre-dot. If H.323, a lot of times you make your dial-peers on the gateway include the 9 so you can re-use the same dial-peers for SRST. If that's the case, he may need to update those as well.
