99% of all my calls are routed thru our receptionist. If I don't answer, or press DND, the call is routed to my voicemail mailbox on unity express just fine. I also have a private number tied to my extension under advanced features - secondary number. If someone calls that number, and I don't pickup, it does transfer the call to unity express, but then the caller is told that "There is no mailbox associated with this extension. Good bye."
Any ideas?

Paolo, that worked.
Solution that worked for me: the private line number had be listed in both the extension and user configurations.
