Secure sip trunk between CME and CUBE

I want to configure secure sip trunk between CME and CUBE , I tried  with many documents but I couldn't establish the call,

this is my scenario 

CUCM>normal SIP>CUBE>secure SIP trunk>CME>normal SCCP>ip phone

please help me, appreciate your support.

does it work with a non secure trunk? has it ever worked?

please add debig ccsip message of a failed call and add to post

it is working fine with non secure sip trunk, after I deployed secure sip trunk and srtp , I see tls is working but the problem at media, I established call I hear ringback tone but once the called phone answer I hear busy tone.
