Securing Voice Gateway, Problem with some commands (Not Exist!)

I need to secure voice gateway, but i can't use some commands to enable it as

>>voice service voip

sip

session transport tcp tls  

also 

>>sip-ua

crypto signaling remote-addr x.x.x.x 255.255.255.255 trustpoint VGW

both commands don't exist at all when I write "?" 

the only exist >>session transport TCP

VGW is ISR 4351 v16.6.4
