I have a call manager in China . It manage two voice gateways, VGA and VGB with H323. and I configured a SIP Trunk to a SIEMENS VoIP PBX in Sweden. The SIP Trunk enable "OPTIONS ping" to monitor destination status . I created a Route Group that including the SIP trunk and VGA.
My question :
When the SIP trunk down. The call will be routed to VGA automatically ?
During the sip trunk down, I hope that the call can be route to PSTN from VGA automatically ?
Thanks in advance !

Just ensure that SIP Trunk is listed before VGA in Route Group so that it will always be selected first for outbound calls and when it's down (detected using SIP OPTIONS), VGA will be used for outbound calls.
