Self Care Portal - Error authenticating with local users

Hello, I get an error when trying to authenticate to Self Care Portal, user and password incorrect, by the moment I'm using local users, in a month I'll be using LDAP users.

Is there some requirement to authenticate with local users??  Some permission to user that I need to add??

Regards,

Juan Carlos Arias

Solely to login you need to add them to the "Standard CCM End Users" access control group.

you will also need to associate the device you want them to control, etc.

Hi Juan,

You can refer Table 1: Standard Roles and Privileges on Page 4 which  says Grant an end user log-in rights to the Cisco Standard CCM End Users Unified Communications Self Care Portal with Standard Role as Standard CCM End Users

hi Aman,

I faced a similar issue and adding the role as Standard CCM End Users definitely did the trick.

Thanks.
