Self Care Portal: Error page after user Sign Out

We are getting our Self Care Portal ready to roll out to the user base and thought we had everything ready to go, however when a user clicks Sign Out within the Self Care Portal, users receive an error page stating:

Can’t reach this page

There were too many redirections.

Error Code: INET_E_REDIRECT_FAILED

This is spawned from the exit URL: https://servername/ucmuser/logout?logoff=true

Where servername is the same as the Login page servername.

I have looked through the Settings for the Self Care Portal within CUCM, but I am unclear how to resolve this.

Yes, this does error out on all multiple browser types (IE, Firefox, Chrome) as well as different OS types.
