Does anyone know why when entering a username and password under a service at the self-care portal does not save the credentials at the phone service?
This is a setting is under http://cucmFQDN/ucmuser
Phone Settings > Services
Go to Solution.

AFAIK this works as intended. It is not expected to be possible to save that information from that UI.
I also entered the userid, pwd, and DN under the device sub. It never passes it to the phone.
fantastic that document helped. I had to make the service parameters lowercase. Once I did that the one touch worked for the sandbox agent. I can now continue on a production deployment. Thanks man with no hair.
