I am running CUCM 11.5 and I have a user that when she logs into the self portal she has her phone as well as another phone that is not linked to her in anyway. I have verified all the configuration and I cannot see nothing wrong. The other phone that appears , his portal is fine her's doesn't appear. Has anyone seen this before
How easy it is to delete the phone and recreate it. Or take a super copy of the phone, give it a fake mac, delete the old one, see if disappears from here portal, then rename the fake phone back to original mac.
