Hi everyone,
Our customer wouldn't like to miss any calls that comes to the receptionist.
In case of missed call they would like to be notified via email.
Does anyone have any experiences in configuring a feature like this??
Thanks for every hint
Regards
ales

You can enable the following unified communications services from the Cisco Unified Communications Express Services Interface:
Missed-call notification: This service enables profile customization to specify whether you wants to be notified by Short Message Service (SMS) or email message if you miss an incoming call.
For more information about the Cisco Unified Communications Express Services Interface, contact your local Cisco sales representative or visit http://developer.cisco.com/web/ucxapi/home.
I hope it helps,
