Need some Opinions on this. I have a Device on site that is not always manned but it's 'important'. The customer has the following requests:
Device rings DN 4444
If No Answer and it's during Business hours, send it on to DNs 4000, 4001, 4005
If No Answer and it's NOT during Business hours, send it to DN 4911
I'm open to any suggestions. I don't really want to create System Call Handler in Unity if I can avoid it, But I don't think I can set up something like a hunt group or call pickup based off of a time schedule.
Thank you for your time,
Rob

Configure TOD on the DN for CFNA, one will be a line group, the other just a translation pattern.

Thank you!!! I totally forgot about TOD routing!! I set up the device with the DN in the On_Duty Partition, set up the CFNA to the Hunt Pilot, added 2 line groups and a VM Box. done. Then I set the same DN up as a Trans Pattern in the Off_Duty Partition, Trans'd the DN to another Hunt Pilot that rang security, then went to VM as an alt ext. Only mod I had to do was extend the reversion timers to 15.
